Anthony “Snuffy” Smith, 59, of Town Creek passed away Monday, October 1, 2018 at his residence. Visitation will be from 6 till 8 p.m. on Wednesday, October 3, 2018 at Lawrence Funeral Home. The funeral service will be at 11 a.m. on Thursday, October 4, 2018 at the funeral home with Dan Compton officiating. Burial will be in Providence Cemetery.
Snuffy was a member of the Hatton Volunteer Fire Department for over 40 years.
Survivors include his wife, Denise Pounders Smith; son, Ben Smith; Sister, Pam Robertson (Rocky); niece, Erin Moore (Danny); nephew, Adam Thaxton; several great nieces and nephews, an uncle and many cousins.
Snuffy was preceded in death by his parents, RB and Remona Smith
Pallbearers will be members of the Hatton Volunteer Fire Department.
