Jimmy Ray Avery, age 80 of Hamilton, Alabama, passed away Tuesday, September 25th, 2018 at his residence.
Visitation, 1:00 – 3:00 p.m., Wednesday, September 26th, 2018, at the Hamilton Funeral Home, Hamilton, Alabama. Funeral service, 3:00 p.m., Wednesday, following visitation, at the Hamilton Funeral Home Chapel. Burial in New Hope Cemetery.
Mr. Avery is survived by his wife of 58 years, Lela Faye Avery; 2 daughters, Rholonda Wynette Avery, and Lorri Denea Lawler; 1 granddaughter, Cori Nicole Smith (Marshall Lee) Bryant; 1 great-grandchild, Lauren McKenzie Tackett; 2 sisters, Lois B. Avery Cochran and Bonnie Avery Riley; 1 brother, David Avery; and a host of nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
