Peggy Berryman Ayers, 71, of Town Creek died Monday morning September 10, 2018 at Huntsville Hospital. Her funeral will be Thursday, September 13th at 1 p.m. at Jackson Memory Funeral Home with Brother Hugh Bohlen officiating. Family and friends will gather one hour prior to the service. Burial will follow in Elmwood Cemetery.
Mrs. Ayers was born on March 14, 1947 to Raymond and Helen Berryman who preceded her in death; one daughter, Angela Briscoe also preceded her in death. She retired from Solutia after 31 years of service.
She is survived by her husband, Hampton Ayers; one son, Randall M. Blaxton (Christy); four grandsons, Tyler Blaxton, Alan Briscoe, Colton Briscoe and Luke Briscoe; two granddaughters, Abbie Blaxton, Rani Blaxton of Virginia; and four great-grandsons.
Family members will serve as pallbearers.
