Annie Lee O’Mary Chapin, age 63, of Galva, IL, passed away Saturday, September 1, 2018 at Saint Francis Medical Center in Peoria, IL. A Memorial Service will be held on Tuesday, September 11, 2018 at 6:00pm from Otts Funeral Home Chapel with graveside services following in Wofford Cemetery. Bro. Charles Flippo will officiate. The family will receive friends prior to the Memorial Service from 4:00pm until 6:00pm.
Annie Lee was born on February 26, 1955 in Rock Island, IL to the late Grady O’Mary and the late Millie Merchant. She was a 1973 graduate of Rock Island High School in Rock Island, Illinois. Annie Lee was employed at Kahl Nursing Home in Davenport, Iowa for 30 years. She enjoyed reading and had a great love for dogs and cats. She was an avid Chicago Cubs fan.
