Charles (Bud) Houston Comer Sr. , age 73, of Sulligent, AL, passed away Thursday, September 6, 2018 at Generations of Vernon, Vernon, AL. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, September 8, 2018 at 2:00pm from Otts Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow in Wofford Cemetery. Bro. Jimmy May to officiate. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Saturday, September 8, 2018 from 1:00pm until service time at 2:00pm.

Charles was born May 7, 1945 in Lamar County, AL to the late Willie T. Comer and the late Bena Chandler. He attended Sulligent schools . Mr. Comer was a member of Shiloh Baptist Church. He formerly worked as a carpenter. Charles enjoyed working with horses, mules, taking wagon rides, gardening, and deer hunting.
