Richard Russell McRae Sr., 97, died September 3, 2018. Services will be Sunday at noon at Deaton Funeral Home, Belmont, MS. Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to noon at the funeral home. Burial in Tishomingo City Cemetery. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army.
