Funeral service for Ms. Judy Toney Rice will be Saturday, September 8, 2018 at 12:00 noon at the Springhill United Methodist Church (1605 Zierdt Road – Madison, AL). Interment will be in the Arnett Cemetery. Ms. Rice will be placed in the church one hour prior to the funeral service.
