Betty White Long, age 81, of Hamilton, Alabama passed away Tuesday, September 04, 2018 at residence. She was born in Forrest County, in Hattiesburg Mississippi on Tuesday, July 13, 1937 to Charles Dauglas White and Jewel Rummels White.
Visitation will be 12:30- 2 p.m. Thursday, September 06, 2018 at Marion County Funeral Home. The service will follow at 2 p.m. at the Marion County Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. officiating. Burial will be at Haleyville City Cemetery.
She was preceded in death by her parents,Charles and Jewel White; brother, Howard Dale White; sister, Virgina Lovette.
She leaves to cherish her memory, husband, Floyd E. Long Jr.; son, Floyd Whitie Long; daughter, Gena Durham; granddaughters, Hannah Carpenter (husband Kyle), Ginger Long, Taylor Durham; grandsons, Gabe Durham, T.C. Durham, grand-grandchildren, Braydon, Annaliyah; sisters, Joan McMilliam, Mobile, AL, Helen Blackwell, Hattiesburg, MS; a host of nieces, nephews
and friends.
