John Henry Miller – Obituary

Mr. John Henry Miller, age 88, passed away early Wednesday at his home in Yuma. He was born February 1, 1930 in Michigan to the late Wells and Georgia Leathers Miller. He was a U. S. Army Veteran of the Korean Conflict and an Engineer for Emerson Electric and Johnson Controls. He enjoyed traveling, gunsmith, and restoring old cars. His family was most important to him. Mr. Miller was preceded in death by his wife, Karen Robert Miller and one sister, Clarice. Survivors include his two sons, Jeff Wonsitler and James Wonsitler (Shawna); two daughters, Mindy Miller (Randy Lewing) and Wendy Tate (Mike); six brothers, Donnie, Eddie, Tommie, Leonard, David, and George Miller; one sister, Marilynn Jeffreys; four grandchildren, Alison Walker Morris (Chris), Katie Walker (Kevin), Matthew and Stephen Wonsitler; one great granddaughter, Lexi Wonsitler; and two sisters-in-law, Caroline Miller and Debbie Brown (Lynn). The family has chosen cremation. Pafford Funeral Home of Lexington is in charge of arrangements.
