Frances Williams – Obituary

Frances Williams, 80, of Glen, MS, passed away Monday, August 27, 2018, at North Mississippi Medical Center in Iuka. She was a dedicated member of Harmony Hill Baptist Church. She enjoyed raising her family and spending time with them. She enjoyed cooking, gardening, flowers, and working puzzles. Visitation is scheduled for 5:00 until 9:00 p.m., Tuesday, August 28, 2018, at Cutshall Funeral Home in Glen. Funeral services are scheduled for 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, August 29, 2018, at Harmony Hill Baptist Church, officiated by Bro. Louie Williams and Bro. Mark Jones. The body will lie in state at the church for one hour prior to service time. Interment will follow in Harmony Hill Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Jeremy Osborn, Sam Osborn, Reid Williams, Chase Williams, Drew Williams, and Jeremy Hardwick. Honorary pallbearers will be all of Mrs. Williams’ grandchildren and great grandchildren. Cutshall Funeral Home of Iuka, MS is entrusted with arrangements. She is survived by her daughters, Cathy Gullion, Susan Blankenship, and Joan Osborn (Audie); her sons, Truman A. Williams (Hebie), Andrew Williams (Donna), Freddy Williams (Lisa), and Louie Williams (Melissa); her grandchildren, Kim Brook, Lynn Simmons, Shannon Woodall, Jerry Woodall, Candie Legg, Angela Waddell, Dion Ledlow, Vaughn Williams, Donnie Williams, Billy Williams, Jeremy Williams, Melinda Williams, Belinda Williams, Natalie Hardwick, Stephanie Williams, Drew Williams, Jeremy Osborn, Sam Osborn, Morgan McCalmon, Brooke McGuire, Reid Williams, Olivia Williams, Chase Williams, and Lauryn Williams; 32 great grandchildren; and 8 great-great grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Truman L. Williams; her parents, W.L. and Gladys Elizabeth Hidgon Wilborn; her son, Donnie Williams; two brothers; two sisters; and 4 grandchildren, Heber Lafayette, Emerson Noelle, Lisa Diane, and Melissa Diane.
