Mr. Jim Couch 83 of Five Points, TN passed away Friday August 24, 2018 at Home after an extended illness. He was a native of Lawrence Co, TN. Retired from Murray Ohio and a member of Appleton Church of Christ. Funeral Services will be held Wednesday August 29, 2018 at Appleton Church of Christ at 1:00 PM Richard Durham officiating with burial to follow in Dobbin Cemetery. Visitation will be held Tuesday August 28, 2018 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Loretto Memorial Chapel.
