Jerry Wayne Bartlett 67 of Crossville passed away Wednesday, August 22, 2018 at Shepherds Cove Hospice
His Funeral Service is 2 p.m. Sunday, August 26, 2018 at Boaz Carr Chapel with burial to follow at Thrashers Cemetery. Visitation will be Saturday 5 until 8 at the funeral home. Rev. Alan Hallmark and Rev. Wayne Roden will be officiating. Pallbearers will be Levi Ogle, Louie Ogle, Chris Bartlett, Jonathan Bartlett, Jared Jacobs and Matt Stover.
Mr. Bartlett is survived by his Wife: Delores Bartlett, Daughters: Tonya Ann McClendon (Stacy), Paula Jean Thacker, 4 Grandchildren, 4 Great Grandchildren, Brothers: Gene (Dorinda) Bartlett, Kenneth Bartlett, Francis (Melissa) Bartlett, Jack (Diane) Bartlett, Roy (Shirley) Bartlett, Jimmy Bartlett. He is preceded in death by his Parents: Otto and Imogene Bartlett, Brother: Roger Bartlett
