Debbie Hatton, 67, of Huntsville, passed away Wednesday. Mrs. Hatton was a native of Pennsylvania. She was a children’s librarian in West Point, NY and later was employed at Grissom High School. She loved all the children whom she mentored; all things Disney, especially Tigger, and her golden retrievers, Harper, Addie and Chrissy. She enjoyed watching and supporting her Philadelphia Eagles and making quilts for her family. She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Lurlene Engle.
Survivors include her husband, Robert Neal Hatton; son, Robby Hatton of State College, PA; daughter, Julie Hatton of Huntsville; and brother, Lester Engle of Philadelphia, PA.
The family will receive friends from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Friday at Laughlin Service Funeral Home.
