MOULTON-The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency reports a traffic accident resulting in one fatality on Sunday, August 12:
“On 8/12/2018 at 8:30 AM the Quad Cities Trooper Post was notified of a one vehicle crash that resulted in a fatality in Lawrence County.
Trooper Adam Marsh responded to the crash located on AL. 33 near CR 311 which is approximately 3 miles north of Moulton. The deceased, Albert Denzil Berryman, 47 of Russellville, was riding a motorcycle north on AL. 33 when he lost control while negotiating a curve.
He was pronounced dead at the scene by the Lawrence County Coroner. Berryman was wearing a safety helmet but high speed was a major factor in this crash.”
