Graveside service for Jean Minter, 91, of Hartselle, will be Monday, August 13, 2018 at 1:30 p.m. at Hartselle City Cemetery, with Brother Michael Gunter officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. Visitation will be Monday from noon to 1 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home.
Mrs. Minter died August 11, 2018. She was born to JB and Easter Collum on August 24, 1926 in Morgan County. Mrs. Minter was a graduate of Falkville High School. She worked at Piggly Wiggly in Hartselle. Mrs. Minter was a member of The Church of God, she always stayed busy and always enjoyed sitting on the porch watching people go by.
Mrs. Minter was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, LR Minter; and two sisters, Ruth Tanner and Margret Burleson.
Mrs. Minter’s family will serve as pallbearers.
