Mr. Stephen O’Brian Simmons, 31, passed away, Friday August 3, 2018 in Georgia. He was born in Crossville, Tennessee on May 22, 1987. He attended school in Van Buren and Bledsoe Counties.
He is survived by his father, Stephen Paul (Vicki Carol) Simmons; mother, Joannie Layne (Jimmy) Davis; brother, Justin Paul Simmons; sister, Madeline (Jake) Mills; grandparents, Paul and Deanna Simmons, Barbara Higdon and Billy Layne.
