Kent Shoup – Obituary

Kent Shoup of the Bunker Hill Community passed away on Friday, August 3, 2018 at Huntsville Hospital. He was born in Wichita, Kansas on June 23, 1959 and was 59 years old. Kent loved his family, friends and animals of all kinds. He was employed as a service technician at Bobby Terry Heating and Cooling in Athens, Alabama. He was known to be able to fix anything, loved being outdoors and going to the creek with his cats and riding a unicycle.
Visitation will be on Tuesday, August 7th from 4:00pm until 7:00pm at Bennett-May-Giles County Funeral Home.
Funeral Service takes place on Wednesday, August 8th at 2:00pm in the chapel of Bennett-May-Giles County Funeral Home with Pastor Jack Shoup officiating.
Memorial Donations are suggested to the Giles County Humane Association, P O Box 237, Pulaski, Tennessee 38478 or The Adopt An Angel, 16654 West College Street, Pulaski, TN 38478.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Elmer and Ella Schlesener.
He is survived by his,

Daughter, Kinsley Shoup of Kansas
Son, Gregory Shoup of Guam
Mother, Geneva Wallace of Kansas
Father, Edward Lee Shoup of Ark.
Brother, Jack (Patty) Shoup of KY.
Brother, Keith (Leesa) Shoup of Elkton
Sister, Kimberly (Jeffrey) Schenk of Elkton
Several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends also survive.
