Brian Lewis, 62, died August 1, 2018. Public viewing 1 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Trinity Memorial Funeral Home. Funeral will be Monday at 11 a.m. at Free Spirit Bible Church, Florence. He will lie in repose one hour prior to the service.
