Larry Randall Cole – Obituary

Larry Randall Cole, 62, of Double Springs, entered into rest on August 2, 2018 at his home surrounded by loved ones.

Randy was born on July 22, 1956, in Haleyville, Alabama. He graduated from Winston County High School in 1974.  Randy was a truck driver and a logger for many years.  He also was a poultry farmer.  Randy enjoyed spending time hunting and riding motorcycles.  He enjoyed raising chickens and other animals.  Randy loved his grandchildren, watching westerns and spending time with his Chihuahua, Lee Lee.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 4, 2018 from 2:30-3:00pm at Nichols Funeral Home in Double Springs, where services will be held at 3pm. Brother Thomas Curtis will officiate.  Burial will follow in Rock Creek Cemetery.

Randy is survived by his wife of 44 years, Kathy Sue Martin Cole; son, William Jarred Cole. He was “Paw Paw” to two grandchildren, Jashell Brooke Cole and Jarrett Austin Cole.

He was preceded in death by his father, James Truman Cole; mother Maythel Violet Elliott Cole; brothers, Steven Daryl Cole and James Micheal Cole.
