Gary Raymond Goforth, age 58, of Chapel Hill, TN passed away Thursday, August 02, 2018 at his residence. He was a native of Ohio, employed with General Motors in Spring Hill, TN where he served as a UAW Leader/Zone Committeeman. He was also a member of UAW Local 1853 in Spring Hill, TN, UAW Local 1005, Holiness Assembly Church and Macedonia Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Lee Roy and Joann Smith Goforth.

Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM Saturday, August 04, 2018 at Neal Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 2:00 PM Sunday, August 05, 2018, with Larry Spears officiating. Interment will follow at Macedonia Cemetery in Lawrence County, TN.
