Charles Thomas Fretwell, age 67, of Russellville, passed away on Saturday, July 28, 2018 at Helen Keller Hospital.
Charles was an operator at U.S. Reduction for many years. He was a hard worker, and loved his family.
The visitation will 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, July 31, 2018 at Spry Memorial Chapel. The funeral will be at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, August 01, 2018 at Spry Memorial Chapel with Bro. Andy Cansler officiating. Burial will be at Franklin Memory Gardens.
He was preceded in death by his first wife, Kathy Dianne Fretwell; father, James Bascomb Fretwell; mother, Lassie Lorene Smith Fretwell; brothers, Bobby Gene Fretwell, William Larry Fretwell; and sister, Shirley Ann Canup.
He leaves to cherish his memory, his wife of five years, Carolyn Ann Wellington Fretwell; children, Jennye Dianne Mayfield (Willard); brother-in-law, B.J. Canup; step-children, LaShawn Fortuna (Manuel), James Ray Wellington (wife, Shae), Kayla Renee Wellington; grandchildren, Justin Thomas Mayfield, Ashley Kristina (Eric); step-grandchildren, Abraham Mojica, Adriana Mojica, Marisela Batz, Brody Wellington, Gracie Wellington, Jack Wellington, Natalie Coronado, Abby Coronado, Kloe Coronado; great-grandchildren, Brysun & Julye Fugate; siblings, Ray Fretwell (Betty), Benny Fretwell (Kathie), Gladys Curnutt, Gary Fretwell (Brenda), Denise Pounders, Randy Fretwell, Ronald Fretwell (Renee), John Fretwell; and a host of nieces & nephews.
The pallbearers will be James Wellington, Steven King, Dusty Daniel, Chris Fretwell, Tim Fretwell, and Mark Snodgrass.
Spry Memorial Chapel assisted the family.
