Glenda Kerr Gooch – Obituary

Glenda Kerr Gooch of Giles County passed away in Saturday evening, July 28th, 2018, at Vanderbilt Medical Center in Nashville. She was born on March 12th, 1940 in the Stella Community and was 78 years old.
She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and sister. She retired from Fafnir, was a Giles County Commissioner, a Pulaski City Alterman, a member of First Presbyterian Church in Pulaski and a good seamstress.
Visitation will be from 4:00pm until 7:00pm Tuesday, July 31st, 2018, at Bennett-May-Giles County Funeral Home.
Funeral Service will take place at 11:00am on Wednesday, August 1st in the chapel of Bennett-May-Giles County Funeral Home.
Burial will take place in Kedron Cemetery.
Memorial donations are suggested to American Parkinson Disease Association, 135 Parkinson Ave, Staten Island, NY 10305 or Memorials Processing, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-9959.
She was preceded in death by her parents Leslie and Mary Emma Brownlow Kerr and her daughter Melissa Ann Crouch.
She is survived by her,
Husband Frank Allen Gooch of Pulaski
Daughter, Michelle (Harry) James of Frankfort, KY.
Grandchildren, Leslie Crouch and Ryleigh Worsham
Great-grandchildren, Brigham Worsham and Ryanne Worsham
Sisters, Sandra Brewer of Pulaski and Marilyn Hare of Nashville
Several Nephews, Nieces and friends also survive.
