Anita Slayton 84, of Ardmore,TN died Thursday, July 26, 2018 at Southern Tennessee Regional Health System Pulaski, Pulaski, Tennessee. Born Tuesday, August 8, 1933 in , she was the daughter of the late Burbin Lee Smith and Lucille Smith.
She was preceded in death by her Parents, Husband, Harry Jerome Slayton, Brother, John Wm (Billy) Smith, and Sister, Helen Marie Brock.
She is survived by Sons, Harry Dwayne Slayton, Valparaiso, IN, Stephen Slayton, OH, Sister, Betty Jean (James E.) Smith, Ardmore, TN, Grandchildren, Jeffery Ryan, Steven Michael Ryan, Melissa Slayton and 3 Great-Grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 28, 2018 at Ardmore Chapel Funeral Home, from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM.
A Funeral Service will be held on Sunday, July 29, 2018 at Ardmore Chapel Funeral Home, Ardmore, AL, at 2:00 PM with Bro. Lon Ostrzycki officiating. Burial will be in Gatlin Cemetery, Ardmore, AL.
