FLORENCE-It’s the most magical day of the year! Join us at FLPL as we celebrate the 38th birthday of the Boy Who Lived. It’s a whole day of magical crafts, games, and fun for all ages! This year, we’ll have FREE butterbeer (while supplies last) sponsored by the generous wizards and witches over at Rivertown Coffee Co! Be sure to bring your library card to get your free cup of butterbeer. (Please note that the free butterbeer will be the only food/drink available at this year’s event.)
Crafts & Activities: 10 am-12 pm
Costume Contest: 12 pm
Trivia Contest: 12:30 pm
Scavenger Hunt: 1 – 3 pm
Canvas Bag Decorating (bring your own bag): 1 – 3 pm
Two notes on this year’s event:
1. The canvas bag decorating (1-3 pm) is a bring-your-own-bag event. You bring a white or light colored canvas bag, and we’ll have stencils and fabric markers for you to use. If you don’t bring a bag, we’ll have some cardstock and markers, so you can still make your own stencil art.
