A memorial service for Jerry Glenn Haggard, 59, of Eva will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, July 21st at the Oak Grove Methodist Church, 307 County Road 356, Trinity.
His cremated remains will be laid to rest at the Belleview Cemetery, 5539 Old Moulton Road in Decatur immediately following the service.
Mr. Haggard is survived by his children, Belinda Lopez (Brian) of Madison, Joseph Haggard (Crystal) of Greenhill and Hope Haggard of Rogersville, along with eight siblings.
Mr Haggard was a native of Moulton.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Otis Walker and Maggie Adell Haggard.
