Betty Louise Kelley Foster, age 71 of Winchester, passed away on Monday, July 9, 2018 at Southern Tennessee Regional Health Systems. A native of Franklin County, she was born in Winchester on March 8, 1947 to the late Floyd and Edna (Moore) Kelley. A dedicated homemaker, Betty enjoyed working crossword puzzles, redoing furniture, and watching red birds. She was a member of Good Shepherd Catholic Church. Betty is survived by her loving husband of forty-seven years, Mike Foster of Winchester; daughter, Kody Foster of Winchester; son, Dustan Foster of Tullahoma; brothers, Freddy Houston Kelley of Winchester, and James David Kelley of Estill Springs; sisters, Patricia (Danny) Boyett of Estill Springs, and Joyce (Jim) Money of New Market, Alabama; grandchildren, Pasley Foster, Kylan Foster, Kryson Foster; and step-granddaughter, Macy Felts. Visitation will be from 5-8 pm on Thursday, July 12, 2018 at Moore-Cortner Funeral Home. Funeral Mass will be held at 11:30 am on Friday, July 13, 2018 in the Moore-Cortner Chapel.
