Patricia A. Rippee, 75, of Toone
Mrs. Rippee passed away Monday at North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo, MS.
She was born in Mercer, the daughter of the late James and Mary Frances McCalley Campbell and lived most of her life in the Toone area prior to moving to Ripley, MS three years ago.
The widow of Theo Franklin Rippee, she served as a school bus driver in Hardeman County from 1974-2004. She was a member of the Shandy Baptist Church where she was active in the church kitchen. In her leisure time, Mrs. Rippee enjoyed quilting and flowers, especially red roses.
She leaves three daughters, Teresa Elaine Cox (David) of Ripley, MS, Joanne Denise Duncan (Bart) of Spring Hill, TN and Wanda Patrice McKinnie (Bryan) of Lavon, TX; two brothers, James Michael Campbell (Terri) of Oakland, TN and Larry Joe Campbell of Bolivar; 7 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild.
Memorials may be sent to the Shandy Baptist Church Building Fund.
