Billie Ruth Hall Kizziah, 83, of Rogersville, died Mon, July 9th, 2018.
Mrs. Kizziah’s visitation will be Thursday at Rogersville United Methodist Church from 10 -11a.m. with funeral service following. Burial will be in Oliver-Bedingfield Rogersville UMC Cemetery. Robert Lancaster will be officiating.
