Funeral for Sgt. Jeffery Wayne “JP” Pratt, 50, of Decatur will be Thursday, July 12, 2018, at Parkway Funeral Home, at 11:00 AM with Rev. Wayne Dotson officiating. Burial will be in East Lawrence Memorial Gardens with military honors. Visitation will be Wednesday, July 11, 2018 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 AM at the funeral home. Mr. Pratt, who died Sunday, July 8, 2018 at his residence, was born April 11, 1968, to Bill Pratt and Peggy King. He served in the Army National Guard for 12 years.
He was preceded in death by his father Bill Pratt

Step-Son – Trevor Lee
2 Step-Daughters – Kassie Lee and Abbie Lee
Mother – Peggy King
2 Sisters – Nancy McDougal and Jerri Whisman
Pallbearers will be Dylen Whisnan, Jeff Whisnan, Brett Godbee, James, Parker, Edward Cowan and Trent Thornton.
