Funeral services for Dan W. Breedlove, age 89 of Buhl, will be held on Saturday, July 7, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at Benefield Funeral Home in Lineville with Rev. Claude Bennett officiating. Burial with military honors will follow in the Bellview Baptist Church Cemetery.
Mr. Breedlove passed away Wednesday, July 4, 2018, at Forest Manor Rehab Pavilion in Tuscaloosa. He was born in Talladega, was a former resident of Hueytown and Delta. He was a veteran of the United States Army and worked as a Machinist at Bristol Steele before retiring at the Stewart Machine Shop in Birmingham.
Mr. Breedlove is survived by two sons: Danny Breedlove (Mona) of Buhl, Al and Mike Breedlove of Oakman, Al; 4 Granddaughters, 7 great-grandchildren and a large extended family.
He is preceded in death by his parents, William Shepard Breedlove and Vannie Maude Freeman Breedlove, and a number of brothers and sisters.
Friend and Family will serve as pallbearers.
The family will receive friends on Saturday from 12:30 p.m. until service time at 2 p.m. at Benefield Funeral Home in Lineville.
