John Daniel Agee age 56 of Athens, passed away Monday, July 2, 2018 at Athens Limestone Hospital. Mr. Agee was born April 8, 1962 in Limestone County, AL to John Agee and Nancy Holland Agee.
Services will be Thursday, July 5, 2018 2:00 p.m., at Limestone Chapel Funeral Home with Kasey Harbin officiating. Visitation will be Thursday, from 12:00 p.m. until 1:45 p.m. prior to the service. Burial will be in Roselawn Cemetery.
Preceded in death by his parents; grandparents, Otis Agee, Floy Allen Agee, Grady Holland and Mary Huber Holland.
Survived by his wife, Sharon Chittam Agee of Athens; one daughter, Heather Brooke Townsend and husband, David; two grandchildren, Parker Ray Townsend and Mary- Catherine Lee Townsend; one sister, Lynn Mayo and husband, Jeff; two aunts, Jane Holland and Judy Holland; one uncle, John Raymond Holland.
Pallbearers will be Kip Raney, Stanley Carter, Walley Messer, Ronnie Crouch, Anthony Blackwood, Joe Petrie, Noah Blackwood and Keith Harbin.
