Jobre Fest Float And Concert Raises Money For Needy Children – EVENT PHOTOS

FLORENCE-The weather was perfect and the creek was calling to all of the rafters, kayakers, canoers who floated Cypress Creek in the 3rd annual Jobre Fest Float in honor of John Oubre Henderson.  The float was held on Saturday, June 30th. The group floated from Cox Creek and ended up in Wildwood Park where everyone enjoyed pizza from The Pie Factory.

Later that evening there was a mini concert “Singin’ River Live” with Redmouth, Flux and Coffee Black.  All in all the day was a grand success with almost $800.00 raised to help  buy local unfortunate kids toys and books for the holidays.
