The Hotel offers 24 guest rooms, all with king sized beds, as well as two event spaces. The Stricklin Social Room, can accommodate up to 80 people, features a built-in bar, and an inviting atmosphere that is perfect for business parties and milestone events. The Stricklin Meeting Room has an executive conference table, accommodates up to 16 people and can be booked for as little as two-hours.
The Stricklin Building is also home to Big Bad Breakfast and The Boiler Room, also opening in July, both offer catering services for events booked at the Hotel as well as personal parties off-site. Additionally, guests who book an event room may also choose anyone to cater their upcoming event.
