Patricia Ann Dillehay Agent – Obituary

Patricia Ann Dillehay Agent, 83, homemaker and longtime resident of Maury County, died Friday, June 22, 2018 at her son’s residence in Franklin.

Funeral services will be conducted Monday at 11:00 A.M. at Oakes & Nichols Funeral Home with Chaplain Aaron Menard officiating. Burial will follow in Rose Hill Cemetery. The family will visit with friends Monday from 10:00 A.M. until service time at the funeral home.

The family suggests memorials be made to the Maury County Animal Shelter, 1233 Mapleash Avenue, Columbia, TN 38401. Condolences may be extended online at www.oakesandnichols.com.

Born February 24, 1935 in Maury County, Tennessee, she was the daughter of the late James Allison Dillehay and the late Frances Freeman Dillehay. She was a 1953 graduate of Columbia Central High School. Mrs. Agent was very artistic, loved flower gardening, and small animals. She was a member of Highland Avenue Church of Christ.

Survivors include her husband, of over 60 years, Harold Agent of Franklin; son, Philip (Yvonnda) Agent of Franklin; daughter, Elizabeth (Gary) Parker of Centerville; grandchildren, Kirstin Agent of Spring Hill; and Reed Agent (Jake) Warf of Columbia; and great grandchild, Cooper Warf.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Carol Agent Smith in 1987.

Family and friends will serve as active pallbearers.
