Roy Wayne Holden – Obituary

Roy Wayne Holden, 58, of Killen, AL, passed away June 20, 2018 at his home. Mr. Holden was employed at Greenhill Saw Mill and was a member of the Church of Christ.

 

Roy Wayne Holden was a nice, kind, caring, thoughtful, giving, and loving brother. He would help anybody. He loved working on small engines and he loved his mother’s cooking. He also loved his children and grandchildren. His very special friend Sue was a big help to him. Wayne wanted to tell all his children to not fight, to get along good, and that he loved them with all his heart. He wanted them to be good and to live right for God and that God would take care of them. Wayne loved God and everybody.

Special Friend: Sue Bryant

Sons: Kenny Holden & Christopher Holden

Niece: Jennifer Hamm

Nephews: Randall King, Stanley King & Scotty King

Sisters: Vickey Thompson & Kathy Staggs

(3) Grandchildren

 

He was preceded in death by:

 

Father: Doyle Junior Holden

Brother: Ricky Holden

Sisters: Linda Holden & Kay Holden

 

Visitation will be Friday, June 22, 2018 from 11:00 A.M. -1:00 P.M. at Greenhill Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow at 1:00 P.M. with Bro. Leon Cole officiating. Burial will be in North Carolina Cemetery.

 

Greenhill Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
