Robert Billy Lyons, age 82, of Summertown, TN passed away Friday, June 15, 2018 at Maury Regional Medical Center in Columbia, TN. He was a native of Lawrence County, TN, retired from W.M. White Construction Company, and a member of Carpenters Local Union #223 – Nashville, TN and Springer Road Church of Christ.
He was preceded in death by his parents, James Eulice and Cora Beatrice Springer Lyons; and three brothers, James Eugene Lyons, James E. Lyons, Jr., and Bobby Lyons.

Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM Monday, June 18, 2018 at Neal Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 11:00 AM Tuesday, June 19, 2018, with Phillip Patton and James Smith officiating. Interment will follow at Chapel Grove Cemetery in Lawrence County, TN.
