Nancy Ann Helton Goff Gray was born April 24, 1945 in Selmer, TN, the daughter of the late John Henry and Hazel Maverine Dickey Helton. She departed this life on June 11, 2018 in Corinth, Mississippi at the age of 73 Years, 1 Month, 18 Days.
Nancy was a member of Meeks Grove Freewill Baptist Church and had attended Shady Grove Baptist Church in Corinth, MS. She was the owner of Teen Town in Selmer in the 1980’s. More recently, she was a manager for Eaglewood Apartments in Selmer, TN.
She is survived by her children: Alan Burkeens and wife Darlene, Jessica “Sissy” Burkeens, James Burkeens and wife Leighann; sister, Donna McGovan; five grandchildren: Brandon Pusser, Beverly Pusser, Steven Burkeens and wife Cheyenne, Anthony Burkeens and wife Morgan, Emily Burkeens; nine great grandchildren: Alana Pusser, Brandon Pusser Jr., Detric Robinson, Jaxson Robinson, Jakobe Pusser, Ian Robinson, Bryden Burkeens, Zylas Burkeens, Asher Burkeens; nieces: Sharon Cruse, Shelia Parmley, Susan Knof.
In addition to her parents, Mrs Goff was preceded in death by husband, Huston Gray, son, Mark Anthony Burkeens, brother, Robert Helton.
