Adam Michael Herring, of Sheffield, passed away on Monday, June 11, 2018 at the age of 36. His visitation will be Friday, June 15, 2018 from 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at Morrison Funeral Home, Tuscumbia. His memorial service will follow at 11:00 a.m. in the funeral home chapel with Darrell Pace officiating.

Adam was a native of Sheffield and graduated with the Class of 2000 from Deshler High School. He was an avid fisherman, deer hunter and Alabama football fan. He was a big man with a big heart who loved his family and many friends. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Paul and Letha Mae Nesbitt; and aunt, Rita Hewlett.
His survivors include his loving parents, Tena Nesbitt and Michael Herring; brothers, Ryan Herring and Tyler Herring; step-brother, Corey Whittle; step-sister, Callie Whittle; grandparents, James and Lavelle Herring; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
