David M. Sides, 69, of Athens, passed away Saturday, June 9th 2018.
Mr. Sides’ visitation will be Tuesday, June 12th at Rogersville Funeral Home from 1 – 3 p.m. with funeral service following in the chapel, with Tim Buchanan and David O’Connell officiating. Burial will be held in Dement Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Adam Butler, Mike Roberson, Charlie Roberson, Charly Wood, Neil Summers, Jesse Kennedy, honorary will be, Walter Wood, Bobby Dean, John Carter, Davis and Eli Clark and Harper Wallace.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Henry and Edna Sides; wife, Anita Davis Sides; sisters, Margaret Haggard, Anna Faye Ball and Debbie Pierce; brothers, Dennis, Ezra and Doyle Sides. He is survived by his children, Shelly Sides Clark, Brandy Sides Wallace and Michael (Karmen) Sides; grandchildren, John Carter, Davis and Eli Clark, Harper Wallace; sisters; Kathryn Miller, Sue Butler, Etta Sides; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
