Funeral services for Mr. Donnie Scott, age 43, are scheduled for 4 PM, Thursday, June 7, 2018 in the chapel of Pafford Funeral Home in Scotts Hill. Interment will follow in Cedar Grove Baptist Cemetery. Mr. Scott passed away late Monday in Nashville. He was born January 4, 1975 in Jackson. He as a stay-at-home daddy, a member of Scotts Hill Fire Dept., Henderson County Fire Department Station #4, loved to hunt and fish, and most of all, he loved his family. Survivors include his wife of 9 years, Brittney Mathis Scott; his daughter, Kylen Reese Scott; his step-son, Brayden Cottrell; his brother, Dustin Edward Scott (Kelley Katherine); his sister, Dorinda Leigh Petty (Kevin); his parents, Danny and Doris Hart Scott; special nieces and nephews, Shelby, Matthew, and Tristan; and his grandparents, Arbie Scott, Dorothy and Ed Ross. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to be sent to Henderson County Fire Station #4 in Honor of Donnie.
