Memorial service for Rev. Robert Elwood Ross, 78, of Moulton will be Friday, June 1, 2018, at Parkway Funeral Home, at 2:00 PM with Rev. Chuck Canterbury officiating. Visitation will be one hour before the service at the funeral home. Rev. Ross, who died Tuesday, May 29, 2018, at his residence, was born, June 24, 1939, to Ivy Kendrick Ross and Nelda Loraine Swett Ross. He was ordained as a United Methodist Minister in 1971 and served until 2008. He was a writer for adult Sunday school lessons for United Brethren and Warren Press and opened and closed the WHOS gospel radio program. He served in the Army 101st Airborne and the company boxer and paratrooper.
He was preceded in death by his parents.

2 Sons – Kim (Zenaida) Ross and Paul (Amy) Ross
Sister – Norma Jean Shoemaker
6 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren.
