Elizabeth Ann Cook Sullivan passed away Saturday, May 26th, 2018, at NHC Place at Cool Springs. She was born April 21st, 1921 in Giles County and was 97 years old. She was retired from South Central Bell Telephone Company.
A graveside service will be 11:00am Monday, May 28th, 2018, at Maplewood Cemetery.
She was preceded in death by her parents Asa Moore and Elise Newton Cook along with two brothers and one sister.
She is survived by her brothers Kenneth and DeeBo Cook and her sister Rubie Wheeler. Several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends also survive.
