William R. Sims – Death Notice

William R. “the sock man” Sims, 76, died Saturday, May 26, 2018. There will be a celebration of life held on Thursday at 2 p.m. at Jackson Memory Funeral Home with full military honors. There will be a visitation from noon to 2 p.m. prior to the celebration.
