Mrs. Maria Elena Santoyo-Gonzalez, age 49 of Athens, AL passed away on Saturday, May 19, 2018 at Huntsville Hospital. She was born on November 15, 1968 in Mexico City, Mexico to Raul Santoyo Hernandez and Elena Gonzalez Delgadillo.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Mrs. Santoyo-Gonzalez is survived by her husband, Jesus Diaz Guerrero; daughters, Fernanda Diaz and Samantha Diaz and son Jesus Diaz Santoyo.
A memorial service will be held at a later date. Limestone Chapel Funeral Home is assisting the family.
