Mrs. Artie Estell Martin, age 96, of Haleyville, Alabama passed away May 14, 2018 at Haleyville Healthcare and Rehab. She was a member of New Hope Baptist Church.
Visitation is Saturday, May 19, 2018 from 11:00 a.m. – 12 noon at Pinkard Funeral Home, Haleyville. Service to follow at 12 noon in the funeral home chapel with Reverend Rodney Blaylock officiating. Burial in Winston Memorial Cemetery.
She is survived by her children, Robert H. (wife, Mary)Martin, James H.(wife Laura)Martin, Yvonne(husband Leslie)Blaylock, sister, Elizabeth Hulsey Pratt; 9 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; 5 great great grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 74 years, Jeff H. Martin; grandson, Steve Martin; brother, Russell Hulsey, Jr.; sisters, Dolly Ruth Hulsey and Hazel Hulsey Posey,
