Gail Garrett – Obituary

Gail Garrett of Pulaski passed away Monday afternoon, May 7th, 2018, at Maury Regional Hospital in Columbia. She was born in Lawrence County on October 26th, 1948 and was 69 years old.

She was a loving mother, grandmother and sister. She was a member of Second Street Church of Christ an avid Braves and Lady Vols fan and loved to dance. After graduating from Campbellsville High School she spent 50 years as a beautician.
Visitation will be Wednesday, May 9th from 4:00pm until 7:00pm at Bennett-May-Giles County Funeral Home.
The funeral service will be on Thursday, May 10th at 11:00am in the chapel of Bennett-May-Giles County Funeral Home with Bro. Mark Johnson officiating.
The burial will follow in the Rose Hill Cemetery.
She was preceded in death by her father, Winfred Brinkley Helton.
She is survived by her,
Son, Darrell Garrett of Pulaski
Son, Derrick (Daphne) Garrett of Pulaski
Son, Jeff (Natalie) Garrett of Maryville
Mother, Doris Estelle Hindman Helton of Pulaski
Grandchildren, Kayla, Drew, John, Baxter, and Charli Rose Garrett.
Sisters, Debra (Frank) Callahan and Sandra Johnson of Pulaski, and Gloria (Tim) Lovell of Lynnville
Brother, Paul Helton of Pulaski
Several nephews, nieces, cousins and friends also survive.
