Sibylline Smith – Obituary

 Sibylline Smith, 81 years old, of Hatton went home to be with the Lord, Friday, April 20, 2018 at her residence.

The graveside service will be at Old Town Creek Cemetery at 2 p.m. on Tuesday., April 24, 2018, with Brother Jim Fiscus and Brother Jesse Reeder officiating.

Burial will be in Old Town Creek Cemetery. Fellowship and Visitation will follow immediately after service at Old Town Creek Baptist Church.

Survivors include one son, Johnny Smith(Kathy), Hatton; three daughters, Kathy Mayo(Ed), Huntsville, Helen Herring(Edward), Mt. Hope, and Linda Zills(Tony), Hatton; seven granddaughters, Angela Smith, Amy Smith Wright(Gerald), Alicia Mayo Wilkerson(Dan), Misty Herring Stricklin(Brian), Jessica Herring, Laura Zills Pierce(Derek), and Andrea Zills Hendrickson(Drew); one grandson, Devin Zills; seven greatgrandchildren, Sterling Wright, Sophie Len Wright, Haley Wilkerson, Abigail Wilkerson, Dawson Pierce, Chaytin Zills, and Audrey Hendrickson; one brotherBilly Ray Chamness(Mary) , one sister: Betty Sue Cross(Dwight) and special friend, William Mears.

She was preceded in death by her husband, James Odis Smith; her parents, Andrew and Jessie Marlow Chamness; two brothers, Andrew Junior “Buster” Chamness and Charles Edward Chamness; and one sister, Earline Bolan.

Pallbearers will be Gerald Wright, Dan Wilkerson, Brian Stricklin, Drew Hendrickson, Devin Zills, and Sterling Wright.
