Charles Lee Johnson age 56 of Sumiton, passed away Tuesday April 17, 2018.
Funeral services will be Saturday April 21, 2018 at 2:00 pm in the New Horizon Memorial Chapel. Rev. Jack Thorn will officiate. Burial will follow in Dilworth Church of God Cemetery. Visitation is Saturday from 1-2 pm at the funeral home.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Lonnie and Emily Johnson; brothers, Lonnie, Sammy and Billy Johnson and sisters, May Deason and Patricia Nelson.
Survivors include his wife Dessie Johnson; children, Donna Ballenger, Debbie Upton, and Jonathan, Angel, Kelli and Steve Lovejoy; four grandchildren; sisters, Mary Poore (Carl), Annie Boston, Kathy Johnson, Brenda Johnson and Peggy Simpson (Joe) and brothers, Tommy Johnson and James Johnson (Trudy).
