Edna Georgia Johnson, 83, passed away Saturday, April 14, 2018, at her daughter’s home. She was born March 1, 1935, in Florida to George Fairbanks and Lona Mae Cauley Willicombe. She was a homemaker and a Baptist in belief. She enjoyed gardening, flowers, and woodworking.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, April 22, at the Baxterville Baptist Church in Lamar County with Bro. Ron Alexander officiating. Burial will be in the Baxterville Cemetery. McNeece-Morris Funeral Home of Fulton is in charge of the arrangements.
Survivors include one son, Ronald A. Johnson of McMinnville, TN; one daughter, Reba G. Lumsden of Fulton; four grandchildren, Carrie Ellis (Ryan), Mary E. McMillen, Katie M. McMillen, and Teresa L. Reeves (Colin); two great-grandchildren, Hannah Grace Johnson and Jemma Leigh Reeves.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Quinton Max Johnson; one son, Kenneth Dewey Boren; one brother, George F. Willicombe, Jr.; and her parents.
Visitation will be from 1 p.m. until service time Saturday at Baxterville Baptist Church.
