Mr. Samuel F. Norris, 83, lifelong resident of the Ashland Community and retired U. S. Postal Carrier, passed away of natural causes Saturday evening April 14, 2018 at the AShland Health & Rehabilitation Center. Services, with Military Honors, will be Wednesday April 18 in The Heritage Chapel of Ripley Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 12 noon until service time at The Ripley Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Ashland City Cemetery.
